Fear: Learn How to Feel It, Release It, and Live Your Life

  • Her Sanctuary 1438 Hertel Avenue Buffalo, NY, 14216 United States (map)

So many of us are dragged down by fear on a daily basis. We worry about what others think about us. We feel isolated by our own thoughts. We're consumed by the future and how things might turn out. We overthink our dreams, our desires, our capabilities from intense self-doubt. We turn to comparison and judgment. It's addicting and it can be exhausting. So let's release it!

Join us the night before All Hallows Eve to further understand fear. I'll guide us through a Halloween themed life coaching session that dives into why we feel fear, why we push fear down, and how we can start to relinquish the resistance that fear establishes in us. Utilize this session to stop holding yourself back and step into the true beauty and abundance of life...and eat some chocolate with your girl tribe.

Tickets are $10 and include a seat at the workshop, delicious chocolate and Halloween themed treats, and helpful handouts to help you work through and release your fear. Picture Perfect Mind members get access for free. Both cash and card are accepted at the door.
