Do you feel overwhelmed by never ending to do lists and goals you can never seem to reach? We are berated with so many things every day. New things to try, to pursue, to purchase, to experience. We're blessed to live in an abundant world but it can be overwhelming. We also live in a society that has a strong lack mentality that is consistently telling us we never have enough. Which means adding more to our plates and continuing the fear based, overwhelming cycle. We need to discover how to sift and sort without losing our minds. We need to know how to connect to what's important and how to release most everything else (at least for a few months). 

Join Lindsay for Picture Perfect Mind's 12th workshop at Her Sanctuary, as we discuss how to move past the clutter, confusion, and overwhelm. We will go into how to clear physical and mental clutter and channel being really good at one thing. She'll discuss what it's like for her to be a creative, cluttered personality to sort through goals and discover her ultimate purpose. She will talk about how to organize your "later" goals and fixate with purpose on your "now" goal.

Come to this class if you want to feel rejuvenated with purpose and relieved that you don't have to do it all.

Lindsay Amico

Lindsay Amico is a life and wellness coach in Buffalo NY in addition to her full times job as a youth coordinator at Roswell Park Cancer Institute. She works specifically with women to identify their fear based beliefs and transform them into love. Her mission is to help people overcome their obstacles, struggles, and doubts to reach their true higher purpose in life. She recently received her coaching certification at the Health Coach Institute and has completed the Spirit Junkies Level 2 training with her mentor Gabrielle Bernstein. Her main focuses are thought work, meditation and self-love practices to transform her clients.
