The goal is to awaken you to a life where you feel deeply connected to your femininity and ready to embrace your sensuality fro a place of freedom and fulfillment. Come and learn techniques that build your feminine energy and power.

This workshop will teach you how to take care of yourself in a soul-connected way. we will use mindfulness, meditation and other practices to transform your life, live legendary PASSION, shine more BEAUTIFULly than ever before and experience deep LOVE with YOURSELF and others.

This is about shifting perception noticing how to RELAX our bodies and move more easily. We will feel SOFT, without feeling threatened and, and truly ‘feel’ ourself and experience enrichment by being PRESENT within our own body.

Gizelle Stokes

Gizelle Stokes has been a trained therapist for more than 10 years. She has focused her work on using mindfulness based interventions to support her clients in becoming their optimal selves. Gizelle is a Buffalo native and found The Mindful Center Buffalo in 2018. Her passion is providing her individual and corporate clients with the tools to heal themselves, their family and their communities. Her training focuses of the art of manifestation, developing self awareness , self compassion and gratitude.

The purpose of The Mindful Center Buffalo is to aid in the restoration and healing of communities with the use of mindfulness, yoga and self care practices. We are committed to providing a holistic approach to social emotional wellness. We provide innovative yoga and mindfulness workshops for clients, youth program participants and their staff. We also conduct social-emotional and professional development trainings for staff. We are only able to achieve this with our passionate and nurturing staff.
